What happens every Sunday

  • Worship - Sundays at 10:00 a.m. Nursery care available
  • Church School - Pre-K to 5th,  6th-12th at 10:15

Chronological Bible Study: Chronological Bible Study will being this Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. All are welcome.
 
Sunday Inspirational Reading: Come and join Pastor Dwayne for the Sunday Inspirational Reading following coffee hour.
 
Afternoon Prayer: Weekly, beginning Tuesday September 19, 2017, we will have afternoon prayer in the chapel at 12:00 p.m.

At some point or another we’ve all pondered the question “Where did I come from?”. Now is your chance to find out! Please join the Christian Education Committee on Sunday February 11th from 1-3 PM as we welcome Lucille Bertram of the Genealogical Society of Bergen County. She will lead us in an introduction to studying our own ancestries and building a family tree. Light refreshments to be served. If you are interested please sign up via the sheet on the Action Table or reach out to Michelle Hickey with any questions.
 
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
 
 
The Fellowship Committee is holding it's annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper on Tuesday, February 13.  There will be a continuous serving from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  The cost for the tickets is adults-$7.00; children 3-10 years of age-$5.00 and under 3 is free.  Tickets are on sale in the church lounge after the service on Sundays.
  
2018 Wednesday Lenten Noon Services
Join us on Wednesdays during Lent in the lounge of the Second Reformed Church for a time of devotion during the lunch hour, from 12:15 to 12:45 pm.
 
You may come early and bring your lunch. Beverages (coffee & tea) and dessert will be provided.
 
This year’s theme promises to bring us new insights as we explore the question, “The Power of Faith”

Not available for the mid-day service, but you’d still like to worship on Ash Wednesday, marking the beginning of Lent? The First Presbyterian Church of Hackensack has invited us to their Ash Wednesday Community Communion Service on February 14th at 7:30 p.m. They are located at 64 Passaic St., Hackensack. Pastor Anna will be the guest preacher.
